Are Jade Lilly products 100% natural? 

A: YES! Every product is made with all truly natural ingredients from the Earth. Read the ingredients and be confidant that what you see is what you get, for real. 


Q: Are Jade Lilly products fragrance free?

A:Yes and no. There are no artificial fragrances in any of our products. The Jade Lilly skin and body care collections are created with ingredients that have their own natural scent, that in turn, scent the products, naturally. Jade Lilly Body Balm and Body OIl are scented with natural ingredients (essential oils and natural flavors) to achieve a specific fragrance. They are both available in a Naked version as well if you prefer they not be scented at all.


Q: Are Jade Lilly products tested on animals? 

A: No, absolutely not. Our products, meant for humans, are best tested on humans; we don't have a shortage of willing participants :) Jade Lilly products are certified Cruelty-Free by Leaping Bunny.


Q: What does it mean that Jade Lilly products are Vegan? 

A:Jade Lilly products are 100% vegan. That means there are no ingredients from any animal or any animal by products in them. We are committed to totally cruelty-free and vegan products. 


Q: Are all your ingredients organic?

A:Many of our ingredients are organic but not all of them. All of our products are listed on the website with the ingredients that are organic as well as the total percentage of the product that is organic. We are a small company, bringing you the best product we can. We have made the decision not to be certified organic as that would raise the cost of our products considerably. We do promise to be completely transparent on what is and what isn't organic.


Q: When will my order ship?

A:In most cases, your order will ship within 3 days, with every effort made to get your order on the way to you the next day.  Jade Lilly products are created in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest possible product. Because of this, it can occasionally take a little longer, especially in the case of special orders. If you need your order by a certain day, the best option is to leave a note at checkout with that information and we will do our absolute best to get it out at the appropriate time. That said, we can't control shipping times and so cannot guarantee anything.


Q: Can I place an order to be shipped outside the US?

A:YES. Please contact us prior to ordering for a custom shipping rate.


Q: Do you offer wholesale so I can purchase for my business?

A:YES. You can request more information on our wholesale program here.


Q: My product has gotten soft. What happened?

A:In natural products such as ours, melting point is a consideration and melting is not uncommon with products left in hot places (like in a mailbox in the summer or by a heater in the house or in the sun.) This does not affect the usability or effectiveness of the product. If your product has melted getting to you or at any point while you have it, just place it somewhere cool or even into the refrigerator and it will solidify once again. To prevent this from happening, keep your product in room temperature or cooler conditions and out of direct sunlight.
