If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us to troubleshoot the issue and hopefully remedy it with a change in how you use the product or an exchange for something better suited for your skin. If you are not satisfied, we will arrange for a refund of the product cost, to be credited to method of payment once the product is returned to us.

Many of our products have a low melt point due to the low melting point of many of the oils we use. If shipped during hot weather, the butter based products may soften or melt. This can also occur if product is left in a warm place, near a heater or sunny window, in a hot car, etc. If melting at any time occurs, simply place the product in a cool place or refrigerate and it will solidify. The melting will not affect the quality of the product.
