If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know immediately. A picture would be great so we can see what the problem is. We'll make sure to take care of you and get some non damaged product into your hands.
Unopened and unused items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. You will need to ship the product back and shipping will not be refunded. If you would prefer an exchange, please indicate the requested exchange on return.
If you are unhappy with your item, let us know as soon as possible and give us a change to remedy the situation. We can troubleshoot the issue and arrange for an exchange for a product that might be better suited to you or we can arrange a refund is a solution can't be found. You would need to ship the product back and shipping will not be refunded. Exessively used products will not be refunded.
Gift cards and custom orders are nonrefundable.
